Quantity confirmed in quotation. Shipping port confirmed in quotation. Specify surface protection, bundle identification and packing requirements in the order.
What affects quotation and delivery timing?
We review the submitted specifications before confirming quotation details. Specify the required delivery date. Confirm the schedule after reviewing grade, dimensions, quantity, inspection and shipment requirements.
How do I request certificates and third-party inspection?
List the documents you need, including EN 10204 3.1 if required. Before ordering, confirm the issuing party, legal entity, validity and product scope of any certificate. For SGS, BV, TÜV or a buyer-nominated inspector, agree the scope, location, timing and fees in writing. Availability is confirmed for the specific order.
How are payment and shipping terms confirmed?
State your requested payment method, delivery term, destination and any banking or import requirements. Confirm the agreed currency, payment milestones, shipping point and freight responsibilities in the written quotation and contract before placing an order.
