Start with the purchasing specification

Tsingshan (Shandong) Iron & Steel Co., Ltd. combines steel manufacturing and trading, supplying customers worldwide. Its core product focus includes GI, DX51D galvanized steel, PPGI/PPGL and cold-rolled stainless steel sheet and coil. Tsingshan Steel's product catalogue covers steel grades and forms for project procurement and distribution. For an enquiry, identify the product form, exact grade and standard edition, dimensions, tolerances and quantity. If a drawing or project specification controls the purchase, include it with the enquiry; similar grade names do not establish technical equivalence.

For a supplier or factory assessment, specify the product and process to be reviewed, the location and legal entity to be identified, and the documents or inspection points required. Confirm the site, scope, access and schedule before making travel arrangements.

Agree documents and inspection before ordering

Specify EN 10204 3.1 documentation where required, including heat or batch identification, test results and the issuing party. Set out any third-party inspection, witness points and acceptance criteria in the purchase terms. A management-system certificate and an order-specific material certificate serve different purposes.
